Welcome to our blog site. Every time we work in the lab one member of your lab team will be responsible for logging the teams lab results on the blog site. This may be completed at school or at home. This will allow me to gain feedback on each lab teams progress and thoughts for future labs. There will be "prompt" posted on the blog site to help you answer the information I'm looking for with this feedback.

All class members may "post" a comment about other culinary experiences.
If you go to great restaurant and you want to tell about the presentation of the food. If you try a new recipe at home and you want to share it. Add a picture of you preparing the recipe, this is the place, we want to hear about. Mrs. T.
